At its first public roll-out, the "Light Industry AI Agent Series" showcased multiple AI agents and supporting products developed for four key sectors: pulp and paper, food and fermentation, tobacco, and chemical new materials. More industry applications are expected in the future. Rather than delivering isolated tools, China Haisum provides integrated smart factory solutions featuring process expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and scalable industrial applications.

Pulp and Paper Industry: Addressing material blockage, energy consumption, and inspection challenges

A range of AI agents, such as the wood chip embodied intelligence inspection robot, pulp refining process optimization AI agent, and rectangular vibrating screen blockage early-warning AI agent, have been rolled out, covering the entire process.

Food and Fermentation Industry: Enabling modeling, prediction, and optimization of production processes

China Haisum has developed a range of AI agents and supporting systems, including the precision control AI agent for koji room micro-environments, AI sugar-boiling agent, digital twin AI agent for maturation warehouses, as well as intelligent liquor storage and blending systems.

Tobacco Industry: Supporting intelligent decision-making and collaborative optimization across the entire process

Addressing challenges such as lengthy formula adjustment cycles, missed detection of quality defects, and frequent production scheduling conflicts, China Haisum has developed an AI agent matrix spanning full scenarios.

Chemical New Materials Industry: Reinforcing process visibility and operational control

To address challenges such as delayed detection of centrifuge "dilution" issues and reliance on manual judgment in rotary kiln firing processes, China Haisum independently developed the centrifuge visual sentinel system and rotary kiln firing maturity soft-measurement AI agent, reducing abnormality detection and response time from hours to seconds.

With a focus on national intelligent factory development, large-scale application of embodied intelligence, and collaborative innovation across industrial chains, among others, this high-end, large-scale forum brought together over 1,000 guests from more than 500 outstanding enterprises, research institutions, and industry associations across the Yangtze River Delta region.

Zhang Zhi, Executive Vice President of China Haisum, attended the summit and delivered a keynote speech titled China Haisum's Integrated EPC Solution for Smart, Green, and Zero-Carbon Factories at the main forum "Empowered by AI · Intelligent Factory Upgrading and Ecosystem Co-Development". Zhang highlighted that in the era of "AI + manufacturing", manufacturing enterprises face three major challenges in building smart factories: data, models, and management. In response, China Haisum has introduced its 3S + EPC + T integrated solution, providing one-stop services from engineering construction onward and empowering the light industry throughout the process and lifecycle.

During the exhibition held alongside the summit, China Haisum's dedicated booth drew wide attention from industry partners. Through dynamic demonstrations of its light industry AI agents and expert presentations, the Company engaged with visitors to explore new possibilities for AI-driven transformation of traditional light industries.
