From April 27 to 29, China Haisum held its 2026 Annual Conference on Technical Quality (including construction technology) and Sci-Tech Innovation in Shanghai. Several members of the Company's leadership team attended the conference, which brought together more than 60 participants, including heads of relevant headquarters departments, leaders in charge of technical functions from business units, technical professionals, and external experts.

The conference, with three dedicated sessions on construction technology, technical quality, and sci-tech innovation, systematically reviewed the Company's performance in 2025, analyzed the status quo, and outlined key priorities for 2026.

[Construction Technology: Strengthening Systems, Expert Teams, and Upgrades]

During the session, China Haisum introduced the Construction Quality Management System and Construction Technology Management System, while outlining key priorities and assessment mechanisms for the next stage. The Company officially established the Construction Technology Expert Committee and presented appointment certificates to committee members. Business units reported on their first-quarter construction quality management performance and second-quarter plans, while sharing representative construction cases. External experts also shared insights into cutting-edge industry practices, in a bid to help upgrade technologies.

[Technical Quality: Reviewing Challenges and Improving Systems]

The Technology R&D Center presented a review of the Company's technical quality management in 2025 and its key initiatives for 2026. Representatives from various business units engaged in discussions on topics including technical quality management under evolving market conditions, as well as improvement of core capabilities and management systems. The conference also introduced the CA certification for the signing process within the design management system.

[Sci-Tech Innovation: Reviewing Achievements and Cultivating New Growth Drivers]

The EIM Digital Innovation Center, Intelligent Manufacturing Division, and Dual Carbon Innovation Center shared their approaches to developing new drivers of sci-tech innovation; the Technology R&D Center reviewed highlights in the Company's innovation efforts and outlined future priorities; and external experts provided insights into emerging industries and innovation ecosystems during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period.
