China Haisum Hosts 2026 Training Camp for Youth League Cadres and Young Professionals

From May 7 to 9, China Haisum held the 2026 "Building Confidence, Empowering Growth, and Pursuing Intelligent Manufacturing with Youth" Training Camp for Youth League Cadres and Young Professionals in Wuhan. Leaders of China Haisum and members of CLWD's leadership team attended the opening ceremony. A total of 37 participants, including grassroots Youth League cadres and outstanding young professionals from across China Haisum, took part in the program.

At the opening ceremony, Wang Jin, Party Secretary and Chairman of CLWD, delivered a welcome address. Wang Tingyu, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of China Haisum, led participants in a study session on General Secretary Xi Jinping's important remarks on establishing and practicing a correct approach to performance evaluation.

Li Shijun, Party Secretary and President of China Haisum, delivered a keynote youth lecture titled Building Confidence, Empowering Growth, Strengthening Responsibility, and Pursuing Intelligent Manufacturing with Youth for New Feats. He underscored that young professionals are a vital force driving corporate innovation and development. At this critical stage as China Haisum advances toward becoming a tech-driven engineering company, young talents should seize opportunities of the times, embrace innovation as the driving force, and take proactive responsibility to create greater value.

The event recognized outstanding organizations and individuals, including China Haisum Youth Civilization Teams, May Fourth Red Flag Youth League Committees, May Fourth Red Flag Youth League Branches, Youth May Fourth Medal recipients, Excellent Young Professionals, Outstanding Youth League Cadres, and Outstanding Youth League Members. Through their dedication and innovation in concrete actions, the award recipients demonstrated the spirit of the May Fourth Movement in the new era.

Representatives of young professionals from seven subsidiaries shared their personal experiences and profound insights on topics including career growth, project challenges, technological innovation, and professional responsibility. Their stories vividly reflected the commitment of China Haisum's young workforce to working at the grassroots level and taking on heavy responsibilities, inspiring fellow young employees to follow their footsteps and make solid contributions.

During the training program, invited lecturers provided systematic guidance on topics including establishing and practicing a correct approach to performance evaluation and leveraging AI to reshape more efficient ways of working for young professionals. Participants engaged in focused learning, in-depth discussions, and peer exchanges, which further strengthened their theoretical foundation, broadened their perspectives, and sharpened their professional capabilities.

The participants also took part in group study visits. At the Hubei Humanoid Robot Innovation Center, they gained first-hand insights into platform development, technological R&D, application scenarios, and industrial ecosystem planning, experiencing the latest breakthroughs in embodied intelligence and witnessing the powerful momentum generated by the integration of sci-tech innovation and industrial application. At the Wuhan Institute of Industrial Innovation and Development, participants learned about practical experiences in market-oriented operation of new R&D institutions, commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, and breakthroughs in disruptive technologies. They also explored innovation mechanisms geared towards industrial demands and gained a deeper understanding of the importance of integrating the innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain, and talent chain.

During the camp, participants also took part in a team-building activity themed "Gold Mining in the Desert", which tested their abilities in strategic decision-making, communication and collaboration, goal management, cost control, and risk response. Through an immersive simulation exercise, participants honed their skills and forged a stronger bond with teammates.

A promising era calls for youthful commitment. Although the 2.5-day training camp has drawn to a close, the journey of youth striving forward continues. Carrying forward what they have learned, China Haisum's young professionals will embrace the future with firmer convictions, stronger teamwork, and greater capabilities, taking on responsibilities in the new era and on the new journey. Through dedication and innovation, they are poised to write a splendid chapter of China Haisum's youth.
